follow both the approaches in defined manner so that you don’t need to do heavy
duty exercises and unsatisfactory diet.

methods but there are many problems which they cause if one method is selected.
For example method of heavy exercise is selected than it will be very difficult
for a worker to do long job duty and after that heavy exercise. It will cause him weakness and more chances of illness.
Same problem lies in second method which is less diet, when unsatisfactory diet
is taken it will not fulfill the needs of
body and thus cause weakness and dull attitude of person.

approach is mostly followed by the people who wish to lose weight. Less exercise is
required regularly; timing of exercise is hardly of 30 minutes. Important point
to follow in this approach is good diet
plane. If the diet plane is followed in good manner than noticeable amount
of weight loss can be seen in 2 or 3
weeks. If weight is loosed with proper
exercise and good diet plane than it should provide many benefits, and
