  • 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut, cashew or almond butter
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats, cooked and cooled

  Combine ; all ingredients well, freeze in glass baking pan for about 90 minutes and enjoy!

Recipe: Baked Crab Cakes


Ingredients:

    Baked Crab Cakes
  •  2 tsp seafood seasoning mix
  •  3/4 cup cholesterol-free egg product
  •  2 tbsps butter
  •  1 tbsp dried parsley
  •  1/8 tbsp black pepper
  •  1 tsp yellow mustard
  •  1 tbsp light mayonnaise
  •  1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  •  16 oz canned blue crab
  •  1/4 cup bread crumbs
  •  1 tsp baking powder

Directions:

  • Pre-heat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
  • Grease a baking sheet.
  • Combine bread crumbs, baking powder, parsley, mustard powder, pepper, and seafood seasoning; set aside.
  • Stir together mayonnaise, butter, Worcestershire and egg product until smooth.
  • Fold in crab meat, then fold in bread crumb mixture until well blended.

Shape mixture into 12 crab cakes, about 3/4? thick, and place onto prepared baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, then turn the crab cakes over, and bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes, until nicely browned.

Recipe: No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Directions:

  • Mix PB2 with water until it’s a paste like consistency. Mix all ingredients, including the PB2 mixture together in a mixing bowl. It make take some time to blend all of the ingredients together. If it’s too sticky, sprinkle in additional protein powder so that it’s a pretty dry/crumbly texture.
  • Next – Roll mixture into small individual balls (about a ping-pong ball size) and place on a wax sheet. Makes about 12 balls, 1 ounce each. Put in freezer until firm.

Recipe: BBQ Meatloaf

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 1 jumbo egg
  • 1 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 package stuffing mix
  • 2 lbs lean ground beef/or ground turkey

Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients except the BBQ sauce.
  • Press mixture in a loaf pan.
  • Spread BBQ sauce over the top of mixture.
  • Put loaf pan on a cookie sheet and bake in a 375 °F (190 °C) oven for approximately 1 hour.

Recipe: Bruschetta Chicken Bake


Ingredients

  • 4 oz part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp leaves dried basil
  • 1 1/2 lbs chicken breast, cut into pieces
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 can tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 6 oz stuffing mix

 

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
  • Place tomatoes in medium bowl. Add stuffing mix, water and garlic; stir just until stuffing mix is moistened. Set aside.
  • Place chicken in 13 x 9? baking dish; sprinkle with the basil and cheese. Top with stuffing mixture.
  • Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  • Serve with a side salad or some steamed vegetables.
